We are loving this place!! I can keep thanking you guys for a long time, cause we're really
appreciating it over and over again, and appreciating your flexibility in working with us in
all the customizations we did. So thanks!!
I must congratulate you for the excellent job you appear to be doing with the property adjacent
to us. We are a bit disappointed to lose some of the light and view, but it looks like a great
property going up. Most impressive is the attention and regard of privacy for both the new
property and ours. I am pleased to see the courtyard area, which for us allows more light to come through,
the frosted windowon the stairwell that faces our bedroom window (THANKS for that!!), and the placement
of the other windows, respectful of mutual privacy. I also like the way the third floor decks face inwards
on that prperty. Not sure how much direct input you guys had on these things, but I'm thrilled with details
like that. The windows have just gone in...they look great. Way better than the ones up the street, but then, you
guys aren't building those...obviously...not as good a job.
